I'm nearsighted ( sphere -2.5 & -3.75, cyl -1) wear progressive lens and am delighted with my first pairs of glasses from Zenni Optical.Zenni also made a set of computer glasses (sphere -.75 & -2.00, cyl -1) which work great. I experience some eyestrain after watching TV (~8 feet away from the couch) and am considering trying a pair of glasses that have the correction backed off a bit, just for TV. Any suggestions or a 'rule of thumb' formula to use for adjusting my Rx for intermediate range viewing?
