Hello all,

After being quoted a price of US$260 for lenses alone from my
university optician, I decided to buy glasses online. I asked that
optician to measure my PD, then proceeded to buy 3 pairs from EBD and
2 from Zenni. A few days after ordering them, by chance I
rediscovered the receipt for my 5-year-old current pair of glasses
from Costco, which contained a different PD 2.5mm off from the one I
used to buy the new glasses.

Now that I received the glasses, I found out that while I can see
objects at a far distance clearly, and I don't have problems with
reading close up, I can't stand to look at objects at intermediate
distances, perhaps more than a foot away. I couldn't even stand to
look at my computer screen for more than a few minutes. Could this be
attributed to the PD possibly being incorrect?

(For reference, my prescription is -7.5 in my worse eye plus -2
cylinder.)
