Well, I've spent nearly a week scouring the net for information regarding eyeglasslensdirect.com. Unfortunately, I've only managed to find a few scattered reviews, and most of them were vague or incomplete. I'm interested in this specific retailer because they provide clear information regarding their offered products. In most instances, they clearly state which AR coating or photochromic treatment they use. I'm a picky consumer, and I like to know exactly what I'm paying for.
I've checked out just about every other site that offers competitive prices, but 39dollarglasses, for instance, merely states that they offer a "Quantum" AR coating for their Transitions VI lenses. I've not been able to learn more regarding Quantum AR coatings. I have my own frames, and I'm about to throw in the towel and run with eyeglasslensdirect.com, but I thought I'd check in here to find out if anyone had a more recent experience with them. If not, I'll be sure to report back on how things go. Hopefully I don't end up waiting 4 weeks for a set of replacement lenses.
