I'v got very good experience with Coastal Contacts. I live in the Netherlands and over here shop owners do not know the meaning of service or worse even, they do not know is exists at all. So I ordered glasses online with CC. I made a mess of it by ordering the wrong model, but no problem, they replaced them at no cost! There guarantee. They even payed for the international shipment. I was really nicely helped by there customer service, very helpfull and super polite. Great frames and super progressive glasses (+4 and +1,25) I find there website very clear. I made a big study of all the online suppliers. The only thing they do not offer is colored progressive lenses in there glasses, which is a shame! So I'm looking for them elsewhere. But I surely stick with CC!
