That's too bad.  I had quite the opposite experience...my first online
eyeglasses purchase was with them and it was a positive one.  I got a
nice pair of glasses with the correct prescription for an affordable
price in less than 2 weeks!
Maybe I just got lucky, but makes me think of the old saying ''you
can't win 'em all", or was it "you win some, you lose some"?  No
matter, same difference.  No retailer will get it perfect every time.
I have had some less than ideal results with other retailers, yet many
on here rave about them.  Hope you have better luck next time (or with
another retailer) :)
