I cannot say enough good things about this company!  I just received
my 3rd pair of glasses from them.  My experience with the first 2
pairs was exceptional.  I returned the second pair (they just didn't
suit my face) and substituted another pair.  The return was fast and
easy -- they emailed a return shipping label (shipping cost at their
expense).  The second pair were perfect.

This week's experience really blew me away.  I had signed up on the
website to be notified when they were giving away free glasses in my
city.  I received the email Monday morning.  I placed my order online
at 9:30 a.m. and received my confirmation email immediately.  On
Tuesday I received another email stating that my glasses had been
shipped, and was given the tracking number.  I assumed that this was a
mistake, as there hadn't even been a full business day since my
order.  I was WRONG!!  I just came home to find my new glasses in my
mailbox.  Yep,.....just over 48 hours from ordering to receiving!!
And I LOVE the glasses.  And did I mention that they were free??
(Except for shipping and handling charges).

Obviously this order was not filled in China.....It's so good to have
an alternative Canadian source.

I see from reading the forum that Ira has had issues with Coastal
Contacts (the American side of Clearly Contacts).  That's really a
shame.....it seems that we Canadians are having better luck here (for
once....).
