Hi, I can imagine that once you'r happy with a retailer who offer you good service and good value you somehow automatically stay with them. That's my experience with CC.
I'm a very satisfied CC customer. Their service is (in my experience) more than great. I ordered progressives and got a pair of fine glasses. Prescription right, frame perfect fit and their help and support (I live in the Netherlands) with Dutch customs and postal services was more than could expected from them. If only all Dutch retailers would act that way. But in the Netherlands, don't expect service at all. Dutch retailers do not know the word and don't give a hoot for your wellbeing or rights as a customer. At CC, I was so stupid to order the wrong frame, but CC replaced them at no extra cost, which I think is called good service. They keep you updated by email every step of the process ( even internationally) and inform you of delays. I have been ordering a second pair and will be ordering my third pair soon. The only shame, they do not offer progressive sun glasses or re- glazing services. Their sister organisation (Lensway) is also settled in the Netherlands and I have been trying them, ordering the same glasses with single vision lenses. But they are twice as expensive. Must be because of the Dutch tax. So I will keep buying my eyewear online in the States, even with a little Tax on top, they are still cheaper. God luck to you!
