Anyone had trouble with EBD returns?
I ordered from them during the B1G1 promo (ordered on 3/25).  The
glasses came on 4/13 and the frames were black (I ordered silver).  I
emailed them the next day.  They asked for pictures and the original
item number.  I gave them all the info they requested and have been
waiting for a week for some resolution.
To their credit, the backside of the frames are silver, but the
outside (front and temples) is black.  I don't like black frames and
specifically avoided them.  The picture I ordered from was not black -
but when I tried to make sure I hadn't made a mistake, the item number
was no longer valid on their site
I'm getting a feeling that they are trying to string me along until
some sort of statute passes where they won't be responsible.  Anyone
know how to get a response from them?
