You asked a pretty loaded question! Do you just want the absolute
cheapest, or do you want it also to be correct? And aren't there
several ways to lay out the zones on a progressive lens, so wouldn't
that be a factor, too?

I suppose Zenni would be the first place to look, but I'm not sure
what kind of options they offer with progressives, if any.
