Here's one inexpensive example, though it's off by about 1 mm in a
couple of dimensions: http://goggles4u.com/detail.asp?Pid=41981

The problem with the search function there is that you can only set
lower limits, not ranges, and you're supposed to specify an exact
temple size, if anything. If you don't specify a temple size, and you
specify as a lower limit a millimeter or two less than what you
mentioned before, you'll find a lot of frames:

Their stock changes quickly, since they seem to deal mostly in
leftovers.

This is just an example, but I'm sure other sites will have something
interesting to offer.

On the other hand, I'm frustrated because I don't want frames like
this, I want much "taller" ones, maybe 42-45mm x 34-39mm, and those
are pretty rare unless I want to spend a lot more. Zenni offers some
inexpensive perfect circles, but I don't quite want that, either,
though it's close enough because of the low price compared to the
alternatives. I ended up with a 41mm circular lens as my usual frame.

Here's an example of my fruitless quests, unless I want to spend close
to $100 on an inexpensive version of a frame style:
