Hey everyone, I just wanted to let you guys know how satisfied I was with O4L's customer support. My right lens was off by -1.00, I originally put it as -2.50 and they gave me -1.50. Guess they read it wrong, no biggie. So after I checked it at my optician's office, I quickly emailed O4L and they gave me a prompt reply and practically helped me send it back for free.
I don't blame O4L for the mistake, we all make mistakes sometimes. But I thought that the speed of their customer support was pretty amazing considering I'm usually ignored at other eyeglasses stores (which I will not mention).
