It might be only beginner's luck, but I ordered two pairs of glasses from 39dollarglasses.com less than a week ago, and they came today.
Both pairs appear to have the lenses made correctly (i.e., I don't notice any obvious distortion when looking through them); both are single vision (one distance, one reading Rx). The rimless pair have Transitions lenses and antireflective coating; the reading glasses just the antireflective coating. The only adjustment that appears to be necessary is a tweak to the nosepads of the rimless glasses, and that, I think is relatively, minor. Just wanted to report my experience. Based on this, I'd use them again. That said, I would like to try some of the other places as well, and will do so at some point.
