I've had some good results with them, and also discovered two things
that can save you money:

1) The coupon code "goggles4u" will often work and take $20 off your
total order. If you make two separate orders, you get the discount on
each order. I recently got a nice pair of single vision rimless
glasses for $10 (including shipping) that way.

2) If you have a problem and their service offer isn't satisfactory to
you for fixing the problem, tell them, because there's a chance
they'll make a better offer.

I noticed that their current selection has more variety than it's had
in the past. Right now, they have some inexpensive pairs from Marchon,
for instance, and they have a lot of rounder glasses. One thing to
watch out for is that some dimensions may be way too small, such as
temple length or bridge size. Scrutinize these numbers before
finishing your order.

I don't like that you have to take the glare coating, and that you
don't get a choice of lens shape with the rimless pairs. It can also
take a long time to find a pair, and the turnover is pretty fast,
since they seem to have a limited number of each frame. If Zenni
offered the same frames, I'd probably order them from Zenni instead.
