A loose fit can be caused by many things. I had a similar problem and it turned out to be the temple should have been farther back. This site has some good information on this topic: http://www.opticianworks.com Click on Resources then Frame Fit Photo Gallery, and you'll get an idea of how a frame should fit. This site is how I learned that my previous glasses never stayed on right was because my temple bent too soon. There's other great stuff there too.
