Hi all, Today I've got my eyes checked after reading this blog last week, and my prescription is: Right: -3.50 -1.00 60 add:0.75 Left -5.00 -1.00 110 add:0.75
The tester says I should wear progressive but here's the problem. Either they are super expensive or on most sites the "add" starts at 1.00. Right now I am wearing 2 glasses, one during my work where I am in front of the computer and 2, my normal distance glass. I am thinking I do not need progressive since I'm used to wearing and changing glasses. Can I make a reading glass: Right: -2.75 -1.00 60 Left -4.25 -1.00 110 Is this the correct way to add the "add" part? Will cyl and axis need to change? And then make another distance glass at: Right: -3.50 -1.00 60 Left -5.00 -1.00 110 Is this correct? Thanks in advance. -- Check us out at the oft-updated http://glassyeyes.blogspot.com!
