Looks like no one has mentioned/brought up the question in the forums here since 2009 regarding Replacement Lenses. Anyone have any thoughts/ insight?
Hate to donate a perfectly good pair of frames that I really like just because they are 2 or 3 prescriptions behind - or those frames from (un-named online optical shop) sent with the lenses cut wrong & does not want them back. Yes, there is Ira's post from back in 2008 - but that cost him $38 for new lenses, might as well just get new frames! http://glassyeyes.blogspot.com/2008/03/re-lensed-excellent-results-from-39.html So what is the deal with getting new lenses for your old frames costing more that getting a new pair? -- Check us out at the oft-updated http://glassyeyes.blogspot.com!
