Sent a heck of a nice pair of Mykita frames to 39dollarglasses.com to
be re-lensed back in December. Almost a month later, and they are
claiming that they never received them. Either they got misplaced or
someone there really liked them...i just dont buy that they were 'lost
in the mail' ... the worst part is, the lady who (eventually) answers
the phone wont even let me talk to anyone about it! I asked if i could
speak to anyone on premises, so I can describe the packaging to help
them locate them, etc....They dont even want to hear about it. They
want the frames and they aren't willing to discuss it and I guess they
are keeping the money I paid them when i ordered the lenses as
well...You would think if they lost your frames they would at least be
willing to talk to you about it...horrible/spiteful customer service
on top of the fishy business of the missing frames ... DO NOT SEND
FRAMES to this company!
