Except of course we in the UK have a really rubbish level of security on
setting CallerID and is almost entirely down to trust and the person in
charge of the phone system. Apparetnylthis will all change after 5G is
rolled out but I have no idea why this is the case.
So there is a fair chance some poor Dutch person is getting a lot of
complaints on his mobile and has no idea what they are talking about.

of the user is a 6 it would be a Dutch mobile calling you. It would
not be an IP as the dutch use a special range for it.
Any number starting with 003 or 004 is coming from a European caller.
