[glob2-devel] globulation2.org wiki database locked

I have currently locked the wiki database from being edited to keep 
things from going crazy. ion_bidon and I are working on some database 
changes, and any edits might corrupt everything, so it's locked to keep 
it from doing that (yes, we do have plenty of backups).
