We should really highlight this on the wiki and in the README.hg file.
Same is true for "hg clone -r master ...". I forgot to mention it.
Kieran has some problems with pulling specific revisions/branches.
Either there is a problem with your server or with mercurial on windows.
What mercurial verision have you installed?
