Cool! I like the rounded corners and the more obvious search box, but a few
changes would make it look a lot better in my opinion:

Anti-aliasing. It helps make any design smoother and more "pro".
Text headers. Faster loading, and easier to modify later.
More colors in logo. or at least different shades of blue, all one color is
kinda boring.
Transparency. Rounded corners look awesome, but having a box surround them
ruins the effect.
No link background. More of a personal opinion, but I think it makes the
links stand out too much.

Other than that, great job!

I have made the changes above (removed all blue and change gnu head with
another glob). How do you feel about it being the default theme now?

Awesome. I think it reached up to around 1400 or so, which probably no one
who uses glob2 would have so I think its good for now.
