the problem is the wiki code is rather hacked up because we
integrated the registration and user db between the wiki and forums,
along with a few other changes to allow things to work correctly.
I've been slowly working on a copy, but if someone feels like
looking at it and mimicking it with the latest phpbb and wiki
software that would be awesome. please be sure to test it out before
making it live though. I will continue working on it in my spare
time too.

Dont worry about saving the theme (just pages, history, and users). I've
got the theme on my computer and can restore it once upgraded!
Also, I seem to have lost the ability to add new sysops like Genixpro.
He couldn't edit the main page when it was protected!
