who can relaunch yog? i can't join yog and nobody joined #glob using yog for 12h now.

people please wake up! who can fix that? can i? if so, tell me how! how do i set up a fall back server on my machine (no X)? how should a solution in the client look like so fall back can be handled?
list: 1:yog.globulation2.org 2:yog.leowandersleb.de 3:yog..... if 1 is down connect to 2 and check every 10s if 1 is responding? if not in a game connect to 1? connect to all?
