Although I'm surprised this gets so little support you risk to loose support
even by me if you insult people that don't spend money for you. There can be
many fair reasons not to spend money. Besides the possibility others actually
might have financial problems some people plain don't want money to get involved
as it might change the culture of the project. Others might not have read the
ml. Finally nobody has to justify why he doesn't support you.
