Thinking about it again:
Organizing the classes in directories demands the same thoughts as
organizing them in files.

So I don't know whether we are just shifting a problem or really
achieve a structure that is somewhat easier to think about.

Unless a test is really convincing I would suggest to keep the
programmers free choice as standard.
