Aye, it requires registration, I don't remember if it required the
standard "type the characters you se in the image above" thing upon
registration.
* If it does that usually means peoples logins have been stolen or
something like that. Best solution for that is kicking the people that
have been spamming.
* If not, it should added and also kicking of the spammers.
I don't know who runs the forums but I hope such a feature should not be
to hard to add.
