Log message:
Now GPATH has new format version 2.
GPATH version is independent with the other tag files.
o New command and old GPATH
If the new command is invoked with the -o option, it will exit with the
following messages.
"GPATH is old format. Please remake it by invoking gtags(1)."
o Old command and new GPATH
Older GLOBAL cannot distinguish both old and new GPATH.
