[BUGFIX] Global(1) coudn't find gtags(1).
In fact, global(1) doesn't need gtags(1) any longer.
Therefore, the confirmation whether there is gtags is a mistake.
I rewrote global(1) not to look for gtags when it is not required.
This bug was reported by Bvk chaitanya.
