[INCOMPATIBLE CHANGES]
o gtags.conf: The following variables have become read-only.
bindir, datadir, libdir, libexecdir, localstatedir, sysconfdir
Since the values of these variables affect the system's operation,
it has been decided that they cannot be changed. Even if you set
the values for these variables in the configuration file, they will
be ignored.
