Hello, the new ENSO forecast of the NCEP came out:
http://www.cpc.ncep.noaa.gov/products/analysis_monitoring/enso_advisory/index.html and it's showing the begin of an El Niño and forecast it to continue. As ENSO is important for surface temperature, what do you think? 2007 the warmest year since the beginning of measurements?
