That's an interesting paper reviewing marginal damage cost estimates
for carbon dioxide.

Depending on the assumptions, very high values (in excess of $1000 per
tonne of carbon) can appear plausible, but the author points out that
peer reviewed studies making more standard assumptions about discount
rates give a 95% probability of marginal damages being below $62 per
tonne of carbon (ie less than $20 per tonne of carbon dioxide).
