Republican pollster Frank Luntz, considered by some to be the world's best living propagandist, has long been pushing for the use of "climate change" as an alternative to "global warming" .
One could make the argument that he influenced the naming of this group. Irony of ironies, Luntz has moved on: "LUNTZ: It's now 2006.
