Yes, but that bill is caused by Peak Oil, not global warming.  If the
price of corn rises so high that it cant be used for ethanol, then we will
know that the climate has changed.

are over 200 years out of date.

BTW Eric have you see Bob Grmbine's maps recently at
http://polar.ncep.noaa.gov/seaice/nh.html ? If you run the 
animation the ice edge is retreating from Svalbard rather 
than advancing as it should at this time of year!
