Seawater can be used as a coolant, and unfortunately the coastlines
are going to be trashed anyway...

The amount of indirect greenhouse heating a unit of fossil fuel adds
to the world is more than 100 times larger than the direct heating of
a unit of energy production from any source. How we cope with the
extra heat is an engineering matter, but avoiding fossil fuels reduces
it by more than 99%.
