I think she is on the social constructivist side of things, a la Sokal 
hoax. I've been tempted to send my "Can we believe in high climate 
sensitivity" manuscript there, on the grounds that its unpublishability 
in the mainstream literature should be more embarrassing to climate 
scientists in general than me in particular. But of course the content 
is not really attractive to the sceptics, except perhaps as an 
illustration of the problems of gate-keeping...
