Folks should choose their titles with care; we get dozens of quite
horrible spams per real message and it's easy to miss one with a title
that isn't obviously on topic amid all the sludge and bogus topics.

We have no choice but to reject most submissions based on title. If we
had to read all the garbage amid which the few interesting messages
arrive, all the moderators would quit.

Also it's easier to spot submissions from subscribers sent from the
address they used to subscribe. Those are highlighted, though some
turn out to be spammers with subscriptions.

It is easy for us to mess up, and false negatives while unfortunate do
the list less harm than false positives. If you thik we ought to have
passed your article and we didn't, it never hurts to try again.
