Indices ended with flat note, throughout the session indices were on lower side
with marginal loss. Metal stocks were the trend setter with the rise on
commodity prices. There was some selling on Realty, Consumer Goods and banking
stocks. Rupee, after touching a high of 50.02 against the dollar, sharply

Telenor made a debut in India Communication Circle

OSLO : Norwegian telecom group Telenor invested an initial $250 million in
Unitech Wireless for a 33.5% stake and will inject the remaining $970 million
in three tranches this year, Telenor said on Friday.
Once the $1.2 billion deal is completed, Telenor will own 67.25 percent of

IIFCL ask WorldBank for loan of $1.2 bn

NEW DELHI : S S Kohli, Chairman & MD, India Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd
(IIFCL), says the company is negotiating for a $1.2billion loan from the World
Bank.
The World Bank is likely to take it up in its April meeting, he said. IIFCL has
