*Market to open positive on back of strong Global market, even after 36days of rally from March6 low of 2539 and yesterday high of 3717 there seems to no weakness and today 4th phase of voting for 84seeats takes place. Crude has given a break-out and stocks like CAIRN, GTOFFSHORE, and CHENNAIPETRO can show strength. Going by few factors intermediate top can be near as excess speculative activity is seen in Mid & Small cap stocks, TULIP saw rise in derivative turnover by 12950% and price was up by 24% and the stock has more than doubled in 36days from a low of Rs.259. There are 38stocks which had higher turnover in derivative segment above 100% and most of these stocks would go away from Derivative segment end of June Expiry which clearly indicates planned exit by smart people. When caution is given people think it is time to short which is a wrong notion market doesn’t stop once a trend is built so only we say trend is our friend, caution is given as risk to reward ratio at this point of time is unfavorable even if a stable Government comes to power. India has seen coalition politics from 1996 and any formation policy would depend on the allies strength and as per that stock and sector change, just to remind in last NDA Govt Oil marketing companies like HPCL, BPCL & IOC were big gainers but they didn’t perform in UPA as free pricing mechanism was dismantled and same way ADAG group equation in short term will be linked to Samajwadi party fortunes. Markets grew on excess pessimism and now with crucial events lined up in next 2 weeks, one should have a cautious outlook.
