The Company has informed that, the said record date shall also be for the purpose of Final Dividend of Rs 5/- per equity share for the year 2008-09. The fourteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on June 30, 2009. The stock closed the day at Rs.721.55, up by Rs.13.65 or 1.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.725.90 and low of Rs.696. The total traded quantity was 846940 compared to 2 week average of 373178.
