*We currently have the following Positions opened at Suksh Technology:-* *1. Lead (Technical)* *JD* Mandatory: 1) Extensive hands on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring , JSP, JDBC, Hibernate, Log4J, AJAX / JS, JMX, JMS 2) Wide breadth of knowledge across many Java Open-Source technologies including Spring, Struts, XML parser technology, Ant , Maven , JUnit and HTTPUnit. 3) Experience with RDBMS (MYSQL) and Database design. 4) Should be able to lead team technically, strong in design/algo etc. Non Mandatory: Experience with software development best practices (XP, Agile) Knowledge of PHP/Apache for integration to other systems *2. Accounts Manager- Sales/Sales Executive for Mumbai and Sales Executive for Delhi regions.* Skills Creating customer requirement mapping pitches and presenting to clients Prior experience of online ad sales or web/software solution selling to Indian audience is preferable Should be good in negotiation and be able to do Business Development by doing relevant short term and long term tie ups Handled Sales targets individually as well as a team Must have very good communication and negotiation skills Open to travel in short notice Qualifications Needs to be a Graduate(Prefer people with MBA Qualifications) Prefer candidates from sales/Marketing.
