The broad markets appear to be moving slightly higher albeit technically and fundamentally unfounded. The QQQQ's traded higher as it opened at 40.34...and reached a high of 40.76. The low of the day is 40.25. The closing candle is a shooting star type. The fib retracement is 0.0% ( 40.16) area...as the closing price is 40.37.
