*Career Point Infosystems Ltd* has filed a DRHP with SEBI to raise upto Rs 115 Cr through public offering. Career Point Intends to use the funds to construct and develop an integrated campus facility, acquisitions, expansion of classroom infrastructure and office facility and general corporate expenses. Career Point – promoted by *Mr Pramod Maheshwari* – provides tutorial services for various entrance examinations including AIEE, IIT – JEE, All India Pre-Medical and Pre-Dental Test. As on Dec 31, 2009, Career Point had 14 training centers and 18 franchisee centers. It has a team of 210 faculty members. It has recently forayed into Education Consultancy and Management Services catering to K-12 and higher education segments. Career Point has entered into a partnership with Kota’s Global Public School to provide Synchro-School Programme. This programme integrates studies for academic and competitive examinations, starting from Class VIII.Global Public is owned by Career Point through a trust. It also operates a management school – Proseed Business School which offers courses in business administration. Career Point has raised PE in three rounds. In 2006, it raised PE funding from *Volvardo Venture Partners*.
