We all should know that females were among the first programmers for ENIAC. Even now, they are among best progammers, but for a different track.
They can make a lot of programs for kitty parties, shopping days, cultural meets etc. Also they bring along lots of social activities in offices, which keeps the life alive in co-workers. They contribute less to the projects progress, but they are a source of motivation and way to have a break from work.Smart guys learn a lot from girls, for how to get work done ,using others, without letting them know and without paying them. They apply the simple principle of *"Go with a smile on your face, and you win ,without running in a race"* The skills of men in software are mostly in this sequence as below *Technical -> S - Communicational* Before you start thinking wrongly, "S" does NOT mean, "Special", but it means "Some What". For *majority *of females, the skills are in the sequence as below *Communicational -> E - Technical.* Before you start thinking wrongly, "E" does NOT mean EXTREMELY, it MEANS * "EXCEPT".* The software men, are always busy in searching solutions on google and reading e-books, On the other hands, girls climp up the promotion's ladder, using their PR and looks. The key is to know, what you have, and realize your worth.Females know it very well, and that is why they reach the top sooner than men.It sounds very good "to have women on top", *but not always*. Men's cublicle have lots of coffee cups, messed up papers, pen, sticky notes and some beers, On the contrary, female cubicles are clean,having souveniours, flowers, fancy mouse, and teddy bears. It has been found in the company surveys, that the teams where there are beautiful girls, have wonderful performance as a whole.The females contribution is not much, but her role is very important. Management just puts the lady in a team, and the *males *do the rest, Each one performs extra-ordinarily to show up, and prove that he is the best. If you understood the whole point, the perspective of females is much broader than working for a company.They are smarter to make *people work as they want, rather than making a piece of code work as you want*.
