Summary: glpi forgot to update gpli_prefs table

Original Submission:
If we use external auth (LDAP or IMAP/POP3) glpi forgot to update the
gpli_prefs table, so every (autocreated on login) user have to re-choose
language every time.
I've added manually data (a row) in mysql table _prefs, and glpi works
perfectly, so seems only a bug when an user are created on login.

Fixed in the bug #1853, corrections are commited in the CVS.
A new version, named 0.42 would appears in few days.
The Update script has been changed too, now it make a diff between prefs table
and users table, and fill prefs with defaults if there are some holes.
