Many mark are wordwide (energy star), most regional (CE, for the EEC),
some local (like IMQ, the italian electric quality certificator), so i
think there's needed a place where certificators (and .jpg of the logos
;) can be entered, and a place where they are ``assigned'' to specific
device.
