I second that. Example: I create a ticket for a computer, and I want the
user to be able to see the evolution of the work. I need to contact him,
ask him to log in, link the computer to him, then tell him that he can see
his ticket. I would prefer to import the base once, link the machines to
the accounts, then all done. Just like for OCSNG, I would just add new
accounts from time to time.
