#702: Can't go back to General hardware type in a ticket

If I add a ticket with Hardware Type: General, I can go to the ticket and
change the item to Computers, choose one (by the way, when I double click
the empty textbox doesn't appear the Ajax joker) and post it.
But if I want to put it back to the Item General, I can't. There's not an
option in the combobox to do that.
