#704: Can't see planning or notes on the Central Console

Well, yes, I can see them, but when I have several open tickets assigned
to me, I have to scroll down to see my planing, notes, etc. It seems that
the content of the right column in Personal View is vertically centered,
not aligned to the top.
I think I remember this didn't happened on 0.65 (or maybe yes?)
