#719: No confirmation dialog when deleting objects in the database

When deleting objects in the database there is no safety net via an
DELETE/CANCEL confirmation dialog. This is not a good design decision in
my humble opinion. Perhaps this could be controlled via settings in the
setup screen:
Delete Confirmation [ ] Super-Admins [ ] Others
