#722: Showing deleted objects only show deleted objects

When selecting ‘show deleted objects’ one only gets presented with the
actual deleted objects, and not with all including deleted objects. I find
this behaviour not consistent with other software on the market. Either I
want that option to display all objects including the deleted ones or
perhaps a dropdown with instead a ‘yes/no’ perhaps ‘only
deleted/all/no deleted objects’
